This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide warranty services for your LEXTEP watch.

Duration of Warranty

We offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please retain the proof of your purchase (order detail, sreenshots etc.), as it is required for any warranty service. 

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions caused by manufacturing issues or faulty materials. This includes, but is not limited to, the movement, dial, hands, and other watch components that may malfunction under normal conditions of use.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accidental Damage or Negligence: Any damage caused by dropping the watch, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or changes in appearance due to use over time.
  • Water Damage: Damage caused by exposure to water beyond the specified water resistance rating.
  • Modifications: Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Shipping Costs

While we are happy to provide repair or replacement services under the terms of the warranty, please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us for repair. We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to you.

How to Apply for Warranty Service

If you believe your watch is covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Contact us via email at [customer support email], providing a detailed description of the issue. Include pictures or a short video that clearly shows the problem with the watch.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your request and confirm whether the issue is covered under warranty. We may ask for additional information if necessary.
  3. Return the Watch: Once your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the watch back to us for inspection or repair.
  4. Repair or Replacement: After our factory has reviewed and verified the issue, we will either repair the watch or provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to the terms of the warranty.
